Haitian American Law Enforcement Community (HALEC) is pleased to announce the availability of a quarterly scholarship aimed at supporting community outreach efforts in underserved areas. This scholarship is designed to assist individuals or organizations working to provide educational support and other vital services to communities in need.

• Eligibility: Open to community leaders, organizations, or individuals dedicated to outreach programs focused on education and non-profit support for underserved communities.
   
• Purpose: To assist with funding community outreach projects, educational initiatives, and other non-profit efforts aimed at improving access and resources for underserved populations.
   
• Amount: [$100.00 - $1,000.00]
   
• Application Period: Open quarterly — [August 1, 2025 - August 15, 2025] | [December 1, 2025 - December 15, 2025] & [April 1, 2026 - April 15, 2026]
