Our Mission
The Haitian American Law Enforcement Community (HALEC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2021 with a mission to foster unity, equality, and fraternity among Haitian American Law Enforcement Officers, professionals, and community partners in the Boston area. Rooted in our rich heritage, we are deeply committed to serving the communities of Boston and the greater regional areas within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
We honor the legacy of those who came before us, celebrate the dedication of our current members, and recognize the importance of supporting individuals who aspire to reach their full potential as professionals. By building on these contributions, we work together toward our shared goals, striving to create a positive and lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Our Team
Our organization currently have 9 working board members. Our team is also made up of dedicated police officers, working professionals and volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in our communities. We work tirelessly to ensure that our services are meeting the needs of those we serve.
